Refund policy

Paid services

• Because digital work can’t be undone, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
• For a paid placement or boost, if we can’t deliver it, the unused part is refunded.
• Any exception is at our discretion and confirmed in writing.

Limitation of liability

We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, leads, rankings or reputation, or for changes made by platforms like Google or Meta. Our maximum liability is the amount paid for the specific service.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi NCR.
