Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

•  All payments are non-refundable once work has started

•  Consultations, audits, retainers, setup fees, and research work are non-refundable

•  Time and intellectual effort cannot be reversed

If a project is paused or cancelled by the client:

•  No refunds will be issued for work already started or completed

•  Any pending dues remain payable

Exceptions, if any, are entirely at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:

•  Indirect or consequential losses

•  Loss of revenue, leads, rankings, or reputation

•  Platform-related changes beyond our control

Our maximum liability, if proven, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Jurisdiction

All matters shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts in Delhi NCR.
