No separate signature is required unless mutually agreed in writing.

Payments & Work Continuity

•  All services are advance-paid unless agreed otherwise in writing.

•  Monthly retainers must be paid before the service period begins.

•  Delayed or non-payment may result in immediate pause or stoppage of work.

 
We do not continue work without payment.

Non-Payment & Ownership of Work
Until full payment is received:

•  All work remains the intellectual property of indirapuram.com

•  This includes content, designs, ads, strategies, code, creatives, and documents

•  We reserve the right to withhold or revoke access to files, dashboards, websites, ads, or hosting

Ownership transfers only after full and final payment for the agreed scope.
